New York City College of Technology
New York City College of Technology (City Tech) of The City University of New York (CUNY) is the largest public college of technology in New York State and a national model for technological education.
I began in City Tech in November 2008. I have been the lead web developer for all things City Tech. 99% of the site was running the "yellow template" when I began. I have built all new templates used within the site using HTML, CSS, Javascript and jQuery. The site runs under ASP.NET and looks great all the way back to IE8.
There is also development to get the site running under the Ektron CMS.

Pilgrim Hopkins Heritage Society
The Pilgrim Hopkins Heritage Society was founded in 2005 to perpetuate the memory of the Hopkins family who arrived on the "Mayflower" in 1620.
I created the first version in December 2007. Gave it a back-end facelift in spring 2014. The site is all built on the Joomla CMS platform based on the client's design. The 'Lineage' section has custom built Ajax functionality to properly display an exported Personal Ancestry File database and continue to have the look and feel of the original site.

Atlantic Crossings Newsletter
The Atlantic Crossings Newsletter contains stories that shed light on the lives and times of Hopkins and his descendants.
I have laid out this newsletter since it's first issue in June 2007. I created the template used from the ground-up. The client provides all copy & editing and some art direction. The newsletter is published semi-annually.
